RAPIDTAGS.IO DOES NOT CLAIM AND MAKES NO REPRESENTATION THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE BUG, ERROR AND INTERRUPTION FREE AND WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE BY ANY MEANS FOR ACCESS DELAYS, DESTRUCTION AND EVENTS OUT OF OUR CONTROL.

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO EDIT, UPDATE AND REMOVE OUR PROVIDED SERVICE AND ANY SIGNIFICANT CHANGES TO RAPIDTAGS.IO AND ITS SERVICES CAN BE MADE AT OUR SOLE DISCRETION. IF THE UPDATE IS SIGNIFICANT, REGISTERED USERS WILL RECEIVE AN UPDATE VIA YOUR REGISTERED EMAIL ADDRESS.

Termination

At any point we reserve the right to terminate your registered account, preventing further access from premium services if you fail to follow the Terms and Conditions herein. Termination of your account does not warrant a refund.

Some of the reasons include but are not limited to:

• Failed processing payment
• Chargebacks through payment service
• Suspected data mining, robot or data gathering
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to premium services
• Disruption of our service or servers

Subscriptions

After signing up, registering an account and upgrading to Rapidtags Plus (“subscription”) on the RAPIDTAGS.IO website, you become a (“subscriber”). Each paying subscription gains access to premium services, which are restricted based on membership level (free user, registered member and paying member).

Any and all payments will be in US Dollars and are non-refundable unless stated herein. The fee that we charge is based on your subscription options and will be declared within the provided confirmation receipt. Rapidtags reserves the right to edit the price of subscriptions at any point. We do not provide refunds based on an ending promotion or an increasing/decreasing price. If your subscription accidentally renews and you have not used our services and it’s within a 14-day period, you may be eligible for a refund.

IMPORTANT NOTE

RAPIDTAGS.IO OFFERS THREE BILLING OPTIONS, ONE MONTH, THREE MONTH AND 12 MONTH PACKAGES. WE WILL AUTOMATICALLY RENEW YOUR SUBSCRIPTION EITHER ONE MONTH, THREE MONTHS OR 12 MONTHS AFTER YOU ORIGINALLY PAID, DEPENDING ON WHICH PACKAGE YOU CHOSE ORIGINALLY. YOU RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL THE RENEWAL OF OUR SERVICE AT ANY TIME BEFORE THE RENEWAL DATE. YOU WILL STILL HAVE ACCESS TO THE PREMIUM SERVICE UNTIL THE DATE IN WHICH YOUR SUBSCRIPTION RUNS OUT.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

Rapidtags reserves the right at our sole discretion to change and adjust these Terms and Conditions as and when required. We will display changes to the Terms and Conditions on the website and in rare cases, we will send the information to your registered email address, these changes will be displayed 30 days before officially updating. Your continued use of our service indicates you understand, agree and accept our Terms and Conditions.
